Cancellations & rescheduling
Your appointment is important to us! We respectfully ask that you provide 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Any cancellations made within 24 hours will result in a $50 last minute cancellation fee. No call/no show will result in a fee of 100% of the scheduled service price. Your stylist may choose to take a deposit to secure appointments. Repetitive last minute cancellations, rescheduling and/or no shows may result in inability to schedule with Natural Beauty Hair Salon.
Late arrivals
When visiting Natural Beauty Hair Salon, please plan extra time (especially in the summer months) to allow for potential traffic and parking. We understand that some circumstances may be unavoidable, therefore we will try our best to accommodate your appointment. However late arrivals exceeding 10 minutes may result in rescheduling or service adjustments.
